Eagles Nest Pediatrics’ membership model allows Dr Eagleton to provide patient-specific care without the confines of third-party insurance company restrictions. You will never receive a surprise bill or copay. Dr Eagleton’s small practice size and longer appointment times enable her to provide more comprehensive care.

13-18
years of age
$125/month per child
3-6
years of age
$175/month per child
7-12
years of age
$150/month per child
**Family Rates – Families with multiple enrolled siblings will pay a maximum of $400/month.
Other details include:
Payment options – month to month, pay year in full (receive 10% discount), can cancel anytime with 30 day notice
Rejoining fee of $150
Membership payments are automatically charged through the patient portal via ACH transfer or credit/debit card
Check your individual health insurance policy to inquire re: acceptance of HSA
Although Dr Eagleton does not contract with insurance companies herself, it is recommended that all patients have health insurance
What is not covered by a membership fee?
Hospitalizations, Surgeries, ER and Urgent Care visits, outside labs, Imaging, Specialist Referrals, Prescription Medications and Vaccines
Dr Eagleton’s availability also helps prevent unnecessary trips to the ER or Urgent Care – both of which could cost more than an entire year or month of membership!
