Well Child Care Visits

  • Regularly scheduled check ups to closely monitor growth, development, and any specific needs

  • The extended patient visit appointment times allow for Dr Eagleton to thoroughly address all concerns and questions relating to your child’s health

Same or Next Day Sick Visits

  • Rapid testing includes strep/covid/flu, urinalysis, and blood glucose check

Mental Health and Behavioral Support

  • Support for all ages and stages

  • Mental health screening and treatment for ADHD, depression and anxiety

Coordination of Care and Referrals to Specialists

**Start enrollment by adding the parent first as the head of household for minors. Enter contact, demographic,
and billing info. Then add each child and complete their medical details.
