About the Doctor

Mary Kathryn “MK” Eagleton, MD, FAAP

Dr Eagleton grew up in Dallas, Texas. She received a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Austin, majoring in Psychology and minoring in Spanish. She received her medical degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Dr Eagleton completed residency with The University of Texas Southwestern Pediatric Program at Dell Children’s Medical Center in Austin. She became board certified in 2014. In 2014, she joined Children’s Medical Group in Austin and enjoyed three years in private practice before her family relocated to Tyler, Texas. In Tyler, Dr Eagleton worked for six years as an outpatient pediatrician at Christus Trinity Mother Frances. Following a two-year hiatus devoted to her family, she returns to work in a different setting with renewed energy and focus. Dr Eagleton enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, working out, being outside, attempting to parent her Bernese Mountain Dog and time with friends.
